I know they set aside a budget every year for they acknowledge the plight of women who give birth to triplets or more babies and their families who lead a difficult life. I don't have any kids, so I really wouldn't know what they need besides diapers, but I am sure after CNN caught on some company will probably supply him with tons of them. The best thing I could recommend would be like a gift certificate to Walmart, Target, Toys r us, or something like that because they have those stores everywhere ,and he can choose what he really needs to get.
